Pake V3.15.6：Node 最低版本提升到 20
Pake V3.15.6 把 Node 最低版本从 18 提升到 20，并升级 sharp、tmp、file-type 和 quinn-proto 以修复安全公告。macOS 上 --ignore-certificate-errors 开始生效，菜单里的重新加载、后退、复制链接等命令改用原生 WebKit 接口，页面加载失败后仍能响应。
