Polar @polar-sh/better-auth 2.1.0：结账时发送客户 IP
@polar-sh/better-auth 2.1.0 创建结账时会发送客户 IP 地址，以便 Polar 显示访客的本地货币，IP 通过 Better Auth 的 getIP 解析。
新增 customerIpAddress 选项，可自行解析 IP，或设为 false 停止发送。
