Graphify v0.9.96：安全相关依赖升级，Pillow 升级至 13.0.0
安全相关依赖升级：Pillow 升级至 13.0.0（Python 3.10 为 12.3.0），pypdf 升级至 6.19.0，并用 lockfile 把传递依赖刷新到已修补版本，清掉了大部分 Dependabot 告警。上游只给 Python 3.11+ 修了 Pillow，Python 3.10 安装会保留支持 3.10 的最新 Pillow。
这一版还修复了 20 多处抽取、解析和 watch 问题，其中 DeepSeek 后端改用它实际遵守的 max_tokens 发送输出上限，没有相关输入变化时 graphify update 会跳过整套重建流程。

This clears the bulk of the open Dependabot advisories; the Pillow image-parsing CVEs are only patched upstream for Python 3.11+, so a 3.10 install keeps the newest 3.10-compatible Pillow.
