Hindsight 1.2.0 接入自研记忆模型并强化召回与可靠性
Hindsight 1.2.0 加入对自研记忆模型的支持，并把 hs-rerank-1 设为默认重排器，同时为决策模型召回提供 prune 与去重控件。知识页可展示证据图片，LLM 请求视图也更易读。
工具调用改为经响应 schema 走通各提供商，使自托管模型上的 reflect 更稳。版本还覆盖 retain、巩固、reflect、refresh 与 worker 等大量可靠性修复，并建议所有 1.1.x 用户升级。
