Vercel now supports the Bun Runtime
Bun announced that Vercel now has built-in support for the Bun Runtime, available to all projects as a public beta. Adding "bunVersion": "1.x" to vercel.json makes Vercel install Bun and run the project natively, both locally with vercel dev and in production. Next.js, Hono and custom API routes can now run on Bun, which was already supported on Railway, Render and any Dockerized environment.
Next.js works out of the box with the Bun Runtime on Vercel.
