PolarProduct update

@polar-sh/better-auth 2.0.0 supports Better Auth 1.7 and now requires better-auth ^1.7.0 as a peer dependency. The plugin moves to the new Polar SDK, so the client option has to be built with createPolarCore. Checkout requests take a discount_code, signup stops treating an existing team customer as an individual one, and /usage/ingest now turns away anonymous sessions before forwarding their session id.
Support Better Auth 1.7. The better-auth peer dependency is now ^1.7.0.
