Pake V3.15.6 raises the minimum Node version from 18 to 20 and updates sharp, tmp, file-type and quinn-proto for security advisories. On macOS, --ignore-certificate-errors now takes effect, and menu commands such as Reload, Back and Copy URL use native WebKit APIs, so they still respond after a page fails to load.
Fixed the startup window appearing before its content is ready, and tray Hide/Show plus the activation shortcut now act on every window instead of only the main one.
