Hindsight 0.10.2 adds a consolidation_strategies setting so each observation scope can consolidate memories under its own mission. Previously the mission was bank-wide, so a company-wide scope recorded the same details as a personal one, potentially exposing confidential specifics to more people. Hindsight says only four settings vary by strategy while the rest stay bank-wide, and the first matching strategy applies in full. It also warns that a strategy can never claim the untagged scope, something the docs do not mention.
That is a confidentiality problem wearing a configuration problem's clothes.
