Hindsight v0.9.0 adds a pluggable memory storage backend and client-managed knowledge pages with a control-plane UI and the hindsight fs CLI. A new openai-responses provider targets the OpenAI Responses API. The hindsight-coding-agents package brings harness-pluggable long-term memory to coding agents. Mental models support dry-run refreshes and keep_trace for troubleshooting, and the standalone hindsight-hermes plugin is deprecated.
