PaperclipProduct update
Paperclip · v2026.1106.0
Paperclip v2026.1106.0 makes the native Paperclip Runner the default for new Claude, Codex, OpenCode and Pi agents on qualified macOS and Linux hosts, gives existing Claude and Codex agents a one-click runner upgrade, and adds GitHub Copilot as a native harness.
GitHub repositories attached to a new project are now imported as skill sources automatically, an optional model-based check screens tool results for prompt injection, and Codex and Claude Code logs and traces can go to Braintrust or a custom OTLP endpoint. The Pipelines experiment is removed, and agent run failures no longer reach Sentry by default.
From the release notes
The headline is that the Paperclip Runner is now the default for new agents: new Claude, Codex, OpenCode, and Pi agents start on the native Runner on qualified macOS and Linux hosts, existing agents get a one-click "Upgrade runner" action, and GitHub Copilot joins as a native harness.
