marimo 0.20.0
marimo 0.20.0 introduces mo.ui.matplotlib for box and lasso selection on Matplotlib scatter plots, with the selection returned to Python. It also adds mo.ui.matrix for editable numeric grids and shows PyTorch nn.Module objects as collapsible HTML trees. Two behaviour changes break compatibility: a cell fed by several branches halted with mo.stop runs only after all of them are unblocked, and cells whose ancestors raised an exception can no longer be run by hand.
Now, marimo waits until all of a cell’s dependencies are unblocked before running it.
