Graphify 0.9.104 is a patch release whose security fix stops the /graphify skill runbook from pasting the scan path into generated Python code, so a directory name containing a quote or a shell command substitution can no longer run as code and is read as plain data. It also resolves more Solidity and C# function calls, stops watch mode from looping on queue overflow in large trees, and fixes Windows long-path cache issues and YAML files with CloudFormation tags failing to parse.
