Cherry Studio 2.1.8 adds press-and-hold dictation in text inputs, transcribing on release, and speech synthesis now streams with real-time playback; drafts for notes, skills and artifacts are isolated from one another, failed edits are kept for retry, and text editing and previews handle up to 8 MiB. Electron is upgraded to 44.9.3 and a bug that overwrote note content when switching between cached notes is fixed, alongside a new Italian interface and Tencent Yuanbao Search as a built-in provider.
