Deploying marimo with Docker
marimo walks through turning a notebook into a read-only app with Docker: test it locally with marimo run, then write a Dockerfile that installs dependencies, copies the notebook and launches it with marimo run. The guide explains images, layers and containers, and its sample Dockerfile switches to a non-root user and exposes port 8080, which is mapped to a local port once the image is built.
Once you have your Dockerfile and your application files, you can test it out locally.
