LobeHub v2.2.18 brings text-anchored document comments, conversation-linked Goals, clearer CLI diagnostics through lh doctor and a more reliable self-hosted setup, alongside fixes for long-running Agent work and Desktop updates, with the Goal tray and portal behind the enableTopicAcceptance Lab. Docker Compose chats now use server-side Gateway Mode by default, so existing deployments need deployment-specific JWKS_KEY, JWKS_PUBLIC_KEY, GATEWAY_SERVICE_TOKEN and AGENT_GATEWAY_URL settings or chats fall back to browser execution, and migrations 0162 to 0166 are added with a recommendation to back up the database before upgrading.
