How Vesta Uses Browser Use to Collect Mortgage Compliance Evidence From Websites Without APIs
Vesta, an AI-native loan origination system, uses Browser Use so its agents can handle mortgage compliance steps on sites without APIs, such as checking government exclusion lists, pulling county property tax bills and saving each page as a PDF. Every session runs with zero data retention and US-based inference, and Browser Use agreed in writing to terms including encryption and annual SOC 2 Type II coverage. Vesta built on the Browser Use task API in early 2026 and moved production to the v4 agent in August 2026.
