Remote storage in molab
molab now lets users attach cloud storage to notebooks, browse files from the sidebar and generate code that reads or downloads data, with Google Drive, CoreWeave, S3, GCS, Azure Storage and Hugging Face supported. Under the hood marimo detects fsspec and obstore connections automatically, and connection details live in a .env file that is excluded when someone forks the notebook. An update on September 23, 2026 added Hugging Face and GitHub integrations.
