Reflection's Beam is freely available on Ollama for a limited time
Reflection released Beam, its first open-weight model, and Ollama is offering it free on its cloud for a limited time as a launch partner, with zero data retention on the endpoint. The mixture-of-experts model has about 501 billion total and 23 billion active parameters, a 1 million token context window and an Apache 2.0 license, and targets software engineering, reasoning and long-horizon agent work. Ollama users can call it directly from Claude Code, Codex and OpenCode.
Beam is built for workflows that involve more than a single response: writing and maintaining code, using tools across multiple steps, and working through complex tasks over time.
