shadcn/ui 4.17.0 adds SOCKS4 and SOCKS5 proxy support to registry requests, configured through the ALL_PROXY variable as curl does. Non-SOCKS addresses in ALL_PROXY are ignored, and HTTP or HTTPS proxies are still set with HTTP_PROXY and HTTPS_PROXY. Existing HTTPS_PROXY, HTTP_PROXY and NO_PROXY behaviour stays the same.
