Browser Use 0.13.9 makes bu-2-0 the ChatBrowserUse default again with mini left as opt-in, updates the DeepSeek default model to deepseek-v4-flash, and adds OrcaRouter as a named LLM provider. The release updates vulnerable Click, MCP and pypdf pins, fixes WebSocket drops during the reconnect window, failed tab switches being reported as success and BROWSER_USE_HEADLESS being ignored, and ships with Browser Harness 0.1.12.
