Orca v1.4.186 stops Google sign-in in the in-app browser from opening a blank tab and adds an Extra-high Grok effort level to the chat UI. Codex is less likely to lose the first prompt on a slow start, a briefly locked file on Windows no longer logs you out or resumes a session under the wrong account, worktree source visibility can now have global defaults, and folder projects turn into git repos after an external git init. Security-related dependency update: the transitive nanoid dependency is bumped to 3.3.18 for GHSA-2v37-7h3g-55p8.
