Hindsight v0.8.4 adds multi-LLM failover and round-robin through indexed config, plus Atlas Cloud and Requesty as OpenAI-compatible providers, while recall gains a configurable recency decay function (linear, exponential or none), per-stage scores with two-level min_scores filtering, and mental models can refresh on a cron schedule. Security-related dependency update: the langsmith floor is raised to 0.8.18 to address GHSA-f4xh-w4cj-qxq8 (HIGH). New integrations cover Aider, GitHub Copilot (VS Code) and Eve, and the Windsurf (Codeium) MCP integration added in this release was renamed to Devin Desktop within the same release.
