OpenRig v0.7.9 passes a person's typed words on a runner seat's permission ask to the agent, records each permit OpenRig grants by default, and lets a runner keep a long, quiet turn reading working. Stream intake is now on by default, sending new stream observations to the queue worker, and the daemon must be restarted after installing. The OpenShell worker is still not usable in this release.
