Cap v0.5.6 turns the mic icon in the recording bar into a mute toggle during instant recordings while system audio keeps recording, and adds an optional nightly update channel and 24 and 25 FPS capture options. The release fixes recordings stopping after a few seconds, lost start clicks, slow-motion recordings on high-refresh monitors and window issues on multi-monitor setups.
