Latitude openclaw-telemetry-cli 0.1.0 fixes installation on OpenClaw 2026.9 by passing --accept-capabilities, with running npx counting as consent. A new --runtime-spec= option installs a given runtime spec and skips the npm lockstep check. The minimum OpenClaw version is now 2026.8.1, matching the runtime. It ships in lockstep with openclaw-telemetry 0.1.0.
