Serval raises $150M Series C led by Sequoia at a $3B valuation

Serval said on Oct 29 it raised a $150M Series C led by Sequoia at a $3B valuation, triple its $1B valuation from the December 2025 Series B, bringing total funding to $277M. The money goes to Catalyst, its automation agent, and ProServal, a new unit placing automation engineers inside large customers. The company says ARR has doubled every quarter since the Series B.

Why it matters

Serval uses AI agents to build and run internal IT, HR and finance workflows, positioning itself as a replacement for ServiceNow. Three rounds in about a year show investors betting on AI-native apps displacing legacy enterprise SaaS.
