AI inference software startup Simplismart raises a $14M Series B with Nvidia participating, at a valuation of about $100M

Bengaluru-based Simplismart said on October 27 it raised a $14M Series B led by Dallas Venture Capital, with Nvidia, Accel, Shastra VC and Micromax participating; TechCrunch reports a valuation of about $100M. It sells an inference engine and orchestration layer between models and GPUs, with customers including HeyGen, Higgsfield and InVideo.

Why it matters

With GPUs scarce, inference-optimization software is a cost lever. Simplismart says its annualized revenue run rate grew 14x in six months and that it is integrating with Nvidia's Dynamo (company claims). New funds target North America.
