Mistral adds managed agents, workflows and apps to Studio, its enterprise platform that companies can run in their own environment

Mistral has expanded Mistral Studio, its platform for building AI systems inside companies, with managed agents and apps plus new features for workflows, company data, run tracing and testing. Developers can give an agent skills that capture a team's procedures, sandboxes for running code and subagents for parts of a task, while Studio runs the infrastructure. Workflows mix fixed rules, model reasoning and human approvals, resume after interruptions and can start from events in company systems. Apps get hosting, sign-in and access controls, and deploy with one command. A new Mistral MCP server, a standard way for AI tools to connect to outside systems, lets developers build with Mistral Vibe or their own coding agent. It all runs on Mistral's cloud or a company's own servers.

Why it matters

Getting agents from demo to daily use mostly means solving hosting, permissions and audit trails. Mistral bundles these and lets companies run the whole stack on their own infrastructure, which matters where data cannot leave the building.
