Anthropic adds smart reports, in-app surveys and pooled group budgets to Claude Enterprise

On Oct 28, Anthropic added three admin features to Claude Enterprise. Smart reports analyze a sample of a team's Claude transcripts, grouping work into workstreams with spend, deliverables, friction points and recommendations. In-app surveys collect employee feedback, and pooled group budgets let admins set one shared team budget. Anthropic says the data isn't used for training by default.

Enterprises increasingly want proof of return on AI spend; these tools target that question directly and help Anthropic keep its enterprise customers.
