FuriosaAI closed a $620M (KRW 820B) Series D at a ~$2.9B post-money valuation. Korea's National Growth Fund was the largest investor at $280M; international investors added $110M, Infinitum the largest, and existing holders $125M. Funds go to RNGD inference chip production, software and a third-gen accelerator. The company expects 20,000 RNGD units in 2026 and 40,000+ in 2027.
