The ComfyUI team open-sources the OPENjutsu app
The ComfyUI team has open-sourced OPENjutsu, a standalone app that swaps the person in a 5 to 15 second part of a video for the character in one image, keeping the scene, performance and sound. It is built on Akatz Labs' H3 Character Swap workflow and MiniMax H3, with code on GitHub under the MIT license. It runs on Comfy, locally, or with a paid model for higher quality.
Why it matters
The ComfyUI team open-sourced OPENjutsu, a character-swap app with a development guide, runnable on Comfy or locally, with optional paid models.

- @ComfyUIXWe asked everyone to join us in building open-sourced apps. Seemed fair to go first. A few of us built OPENjutsu as a side project. It’s fully open source, so it’s as much yours as it is ours. Run it on Comfy, run it locally, or plug in a paid model if you want higher quality. Your #OpenSourceHiggsfield submissions are due October 30.View original ·
