AI chip power startup Powerlattice raises $86M, SEC filing shows

Washington-based chip startup Powerlattice has sold $86 million of equity toward a $111 million offering with 18 investors, an SEC Form D filing shows; investors and round are not named. Its power delivery chiplet sits inside the processor package and, the company says, cuts AI compute power needs by more than 50%. Former Intel CEO Pat Gelsinger is on its board; it had raised $31 million before.

Why it matters
