Open WebUI v0.11.3 fixes the server starting anyway after a failed database upgrade, so it now stops at the migration error that caused it instead of later reporting a missing table or column such as chat.timer_at, the failure seen when upgrading from 0.11.0, 0.11.1 or 0.11.2. Chat branches stay connected after reloads, chats already saved with the link missing are repaired when opened, and accessibility mode now extends to dropdown menus, submenus and the model picker.
