Cline CLI v3.0.72 runs plugins in a worker instead of directly inside the hub and says so in cline config tools and other places when a build cannot run plugins, and CLINE_PLUGIN_MODE=in_process is no longer supported, so use worker or sandbox instead. When a provider error interrupts a response mid-stream, Cline retries it up to 3 times, failed model requests log the provider's request id, cline hub ensure and cline hub start gain --json and other flags, and with no model chosen the Cline provider uses Gemini 4 Argon.
