Cline CLI v3.0.71 loads plugins inside the hub so the CLI no longer needs a JavaScript runtime on PATH to run them, prints a warning for a plugin that fails to load and shows each plugin's status through the new cline hub plugins command, and CLINE_PLUGIN_MODE=sandbox keeps the old subprocess behavior. The --thinking flag now applies in ACP mode, a provider API key set in the environment counts as configured at startup, and queued scheduled runs no longer stay pending forever.
