Cline v4.1.20 runs the tool calls of sub-agents spawned in one step concurrently, while tools that must stay in order still do, and models that advertise a large output limit get a default output budget of 30% of that limit or 32,000 tokens, whichever is larger, leaving models under roughly 107k output tokens unchanged. UserPromptSubmit and TaskStart hooks can inject context again, and the model catalog grows to 209 providers, changing the default model for 36 providers that do not pin one.
Sub-agents spawned in the same step now run their tool calls at the same time rather than one after another.
