Security-related dependency upgrade: Pillow is raised to 13.0.0 (12.3.0 on Python 3.10) and pypdf to 6.19.0, and the lockfile moves transitive dependencies to patched versions, clearing most open Dependabot alerts. Upstream has fixed Pillow only for Python 3.11+, so on Python 3.10 Graphify keeps the latest Pillow release that still supports 3.10. The release also fixes more than 20 extraction, parsing and watch issues, including the DeepSeek backend now sending its output cap as max_tokens, which it honours, and graphify update skipping the whole pipeline when no relevant input has changed.
This clears the bulk of the open Dependabot advisories; the Pillow image-parsing CVEs are only patched upstream for Python 3.11+, so a 3.10 install keeps the newest 3.10-compatible Pillow.
