Perplexity can now use Graphify

Graphify says its skill is now live in the Perplexity Computer skills marketplace for all Computer users, who can type /graphify and paste a public GitHub link to turn a whole codebase into an explorable knowledge graph. Graphify says mapping its own repository took about five minutes and produced 4,022 nodes and 10,079 directed edges, and the report even caught an architecture doc pointing to the wrong file. The engine is open source and also runs locally in tools such as Claude Code and Cursor.

Once the map exists, the questions get better.
