Grounded answers: how Graphify tags what it knows

Graphify explains the confidence tags on every edge of its code knowledge graph, which record how each link was established. EXTRACTED means tree-sitter deterministically parsed the call, import or definition from the syntax tree, while INFERRED means a model proposed the link, such as tying a doc page to the service it describes. AMBIGUOUS covers evidence that did not resolve, such as dynamic dispatch, reflection or an import built from a string, and those edges stay in the graph with a flag. Graphify advises agents to check the tag before following a hop and offers graphify explain and a confidence audit to show the mix of edge types.

A plausible link can be wrong.
