Cline Desktop v0.0.23 hands Agent Plugin discovery and execution to the shared Hub: packages under ~/.agents/plugins are validated from plugin.json, their valid skills become available to the agent and their MCP servers start automatically, while workspace .agents/plugins folders are deliberately ignored. The "Cline Hub was updated" dialog stops appearing on every launch and reconnect, and sign-in now shows the device confirmation code in the app so it can be matched against the browser.
