Introducing Delta
The Zed team introduced Delta, now in private beta, a multiplayer environment where developers and AI agents write and review code together in shared threads. Its DeltaDB layer syncs conversations and worktrees in real time on top of ordinary git repos, comments stay anchored to code as it changes, work can move to cloud runners, and teammates can open threads in a browser. Delta already connects to Claude Code, and Zed says DeltaDB will later come to its editor as well.
Delta keeps code and conversations connected, so developers and agents can work together with the full context of how the code came to be.
