Cline Desktop v0.0.36 starts on machines with a system HTTP(S) proxy such as Clash, v2ray or a corporate proxy, where the backend used to route its local connection checks through the proxy and fail to find its own hub. On small or scaled displays the main window now shrinks to fit the screen and opens centered, and plugin slash commands such as /goal no longer disappear from the slash menu after first use.
The app now starts on machines that set a system HTTP(S) proxy, such as Clash, v2ray, or a corporate proxy.
