Cline SDK v0.0.87 fixes the Hub failing to start on Windows when a system proxy such as Clash, v2ray or a corporate proxy is set, because Bun's fetch sent loopback requests through the proxy, and it now adds loopback addresses to NO_PROXY whenever a proxy variable is present. Token usage no longer counts reasoning tokens twice, while cost is still computed from the full total, and on Bedrock the OpenAI GPT-6 and GPT-5.6 models now route through inference profiles.
The hub now starts reliably on Windows machines with a system proxy.
