Cline v4.1.22 adds two model providers, Bee and Pareto Inference, switches direct Anthropic requests to the server-side refusal fallback, and lets Anthropic models reached through OpenRouter and Cline fail over to another upstream provider. The model catalog is refreshed, with GPT-6.1 Sol becoming the default for OpenAI, OpenRouter, GitHub Copilot and several other providers, so users who have not pinned a model will see a different default; the release also fixes being unable to send a new message after an API error, cancels being ignored, and reasoning tokens being counted twice.
Reasoning tokens are no longer counted twice in token usage. Cost is unchanged.
