Open WebUI v0.12.1 lets channels connect external apps: once administrators turn on Apps and review the permissions each app asks for, channel managers can add an app to a channel, and mentioning it with @ lets it answer there. The release includes database schema changes, so backing up the database before upgrading production is recommended, and multi-instance deployments must update all instances at once because rolling updates are not supported; among the fixes, the reconnect loop after a connection drop that put heavy load on the server since 0.12.0 is resolved, and Daily, Weekly or Monthly automations no longer run twice for one occurrence.
