Making Buttondown easier to use

Buttondown ran an accessibility pass on the app authors use to write and manage newsletters. Screen reader users get a skip link, landmarks and accessible names for about 25 icon-only buttons, while keyboard users can move through table rows with arrow keys and operate file rows, analytics columns and other controls. Next on the list are better text contrast, visible focus outlines, Windows high-contrast support and a check against WCAG 2.2.

This time, we turned that lens on ourselves: the app you use to write, send, and manage your newsletter.
