Cline desktop v0.0.45 fixes connecting to SSH environments failing with a SyntaxError since 0.0.38, and the git branch label on SSH environments no longer opens two new SSH logins every 5 seconds, checking every 30 seconds instead. The release also fixes turning reasoning off failing with a 400 error on models such as GPT-6 Astra and the background service crashing after an MCP server or hook quits early, and the model catalog adds Claude Haiku 5.5.
