Cline CLI v3.0.62 manages Agent Plugins through the Hub, so skills and MCP servers from packages under ~/.agents/plugins work without editing cline_mcp_settings.json, while workspace .agents/plugins folders are left alone and a cloned repo cannot launch its own MCP servers; it also collapses a leftover undici@5.29.0 onto 7.x to fix CVE-2026-1525. A model turn cut off by a transient provider error is now retried up to 3 times with backoff unless it had already streamed output, and a wide model catalog refresh changes the default model for 44 providers, so anyone who has not pinned a model will see a different default.
