OpenAI's Oct 30 ChatGPT release notes say account switching is rolling out to the iOS and Android apps, after launching on the web. Users can stay signed in to up to two ChatGPT accounts and switch via Settings > Switch account without logging out. Chats, memory, files, settings and subscriptions stay separate per account, and admins of managed workspaces can control availability.

Why it matters

On mobile, work and personal ChatGPT accounts can now stay signed in together with no logging out, while chats, memory and subscriptions stay separate and managed-workspace admins control access.
