Val Town supports AGENTS.md
Val Town now supports AGENTS.md, so its built-in assistant Townie automatically reads instructions placed in any val, and users and organizations can set global instructions in a dedicated config val. The instructions reach any agent, including Claude Code, Codex and Cursor, through the MCP server, and agents can rewrite AGENTS.md themselves to build a memory system.
Agent instructions are surfaced to any agent—not just Townie—via our MCP server.
